加味苏子降气汤联合布地奈德治疗支气管哮喘患儿的效果

目的:观察加味苏子降气汤联合布地奈德治疗支气管哮喘患儿的效果。方法:选取84例支气管哮喘患儿为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各42例。对照组给予布地奈德粉吸入剂治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合加味苏子降气汤治疗。比较两组治疗前后中医证候积分(咳嗽、咯痰、胸闷、畏寒肢冷)、国际哮喘控制测量问卷(ACT)评分、肺功能指标第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、FEV1/用力肺活量(FVC)]水平、呼出气一氧化氮(FeNO)水平、血清γ干扰素(IFN-γ)水平,治疗总有效率和不良反应发生率。结果:治疗后,两组咳嗽、咯痰、胸闷、畏寒肢冷等中医证候积分及FeNO水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,两组FEV1、FEV1/FVC、IFN-γ水平及ACT评分均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率为95.24%,高于对照组的73.81%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:加味苏子降气汤联合布地奈德治疗支气管哮喘患儿可提高治疗总有效率、IFN-γ水平、ACT评分和肺功能指标水平,降低中医证候积分和FeNO水平,优于单纯布地奈德治疗效果。

Effects of Suzi Jiangqi decoction combined with Budesonide on children with bronchial asthma

Objective:To observe effects of Suzi Jiangqi decoction combined with Budesonide on children with bronchial asthma.Methods:84 children with bronchial asthma were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Budesonide powder for inhalation,while the observation group was combined with Suzi Jiangqi decoction treatment on the basis of that of the control group.The TCM syndrome score(cough,expectoration,chest tightness,chillness and cold limbs),the international asthma control questionnaire(ACT)score,the pulmonary function indicator levelsforced expiratory volume in 1 second(FEV1),FEV1/forced vital capacity(FVC)],the exhaled nitric oxide(FeNO)level,the serum interferon gamma(Interferon gamma,IFN-γ)level,the total effective rate of treatment and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After the treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes such as cough,expectoration,chest tightness,chillness and cold limbs,and FeNO levels in the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,and those of the observation group were lower than those of the control group the levels of FEV1,FEV1/FVC,and IFN-γin the two groups and ACT score were higher than those before the treatment,and those of the observation group were higher than those of the control group and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.24%,which was higher than 73.81%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Suzi Jiangqi decoction combined with Budesonide in the treatment of the children with bronchial asthma can increase the total effective rate of treatment,the IFN-γlevels,the ACT score and the pulmonary functional index levels,and reduce the TCM syndrome scores and the FeNO level.Moreover,it is superior to single Budesonide.
