Discussion About the Influence of Chinese Medicinals on Reproductive Function of Animal Model of Kidney Deficiency Syndrome Based on Modern Biology

Kidney deficiency syndrome is the basic syndrome type in the theoretical system of TCM,which is often accompanied by the occurrence and development of male infertility,oligospermia and asthenospermia.Using modern biological technology to construct the animal model of kidney deficiency syndrome is an important method to study the mechanism of TCM in the treatment of male infertility,and some progress has been made.Because there are many uncertain factors in male infertility,the research of related animal models is more complex.By searching the relevant literature from 2005 to 2020,this paper combs the pathogenesis of three common animal models of kidney deficiency syndrome:kidney yang deficiency type,kidney yin deficiency type and kidney essence deficiency type,and analyzes the therapeutic effect of TCM on animal models of kidney deficiency syndrome,in order to reveal the reproductive function and related laws in organisms from the perspectives of tissue level,cell level and molecular level,to explore the mechanism of TCM in the treatment of animal model of kidney deficiency syndrome,and to provide strong evidence support for the treatment of male infertility with Chinese medicinals.
