炎可宁联合氧氟沙星治疗急性化脓性中耳炎患儿的效果

目的:观察炎可宁联合氧氟沙星治疗急性化脓性中耳炎患儿的效果。方法:回顾性分析2017年10月至2019年10月该院收治的78例急性化脓性中耳炎患儿的临床资料,根据治疗方案不同将其分为对照组和研究组各39例。对照组给予氧氟沙星滴耳液治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合炎可宁片治疗,比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后T细胞亚群指标水平、炎性因子水平、病原清除率、听力阈值和不良反应发生率。结果:研究组治疗总有效率为97.44%,高于对照组的79.48%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组CD4⁺、CD8⁺和CD4⁺/CD8⁺水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组IL-2、IL-4、IL-6水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组病原清除率为94.87%(37/39),明显高于对照组的74.35%(29/39),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组听力阈值低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:炎可宁联合氧氟沙星治疗急性化脓性中耳炎患儿可提高治疗总有效率和病原清除率,降低T细胞亚群指标水平、炎性因子水平和听力阈值,其效果优于单纯氧氟沙星治疗。

Effects of Yankening combined with Ofloxacin in treatment of children with acute suppurative otitis media

Objective:To observe effects of Yankening combined with Ofloxacin in treatment of children with acute suppurative otitis media.Methods:78 children with acute suppurative otitis media admitted to the hospital from October 2017 to October 2019 was used as the research objects and retrospectively analyzed.According to different treatment plans,they were divided into control group and study group,each with 39 cases.The control group was treated with Ofloxacin ear drops,while the study group was treated with Yankening tablets on the basis of that of the control group.The clinical efficacy,the T cell subgroup index levels before and after the treatment,the inflammatory factor index levels,the pathogen clearance rate,the hearing threshold level and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 97.44%,which was higher than 79.48%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of CD4⁺,CD8⁺and CD4⁺/CD8⁺in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of IL-2,IL-4,and IL-6 in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The pathogen clearance rate of the study group was 94.87%(37/39),which was significantly higher than the control group of 74.35%(29/39),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The hearing threshold of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).However,there was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Yankening combined with Ofloxacin in the treatment of the children with acute suppurative otitis media can improve the total effective rate and the pathogen clearance rate,and reduce the levels of T cell subsets,the inflammatory factor levels and the hearing threshold levels.Moreover,it is superior to single Ofloxacin.
