Clinical Study on Blood-Activating and Pain-Relieving Powder Fumigation-Washing Therapy Combined with Open Reduction and Kirschner Wire Tension Band Internal Fixation in the Treatment of Patellar Fracture

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Blood-Activating and Pain-Relieving Powder fumigation-washing therapy combined with open reduction and Kirschner wire tension band internal fixation on patellar fracture.Methods:A total of 164 patients with patellar fracture were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 82 cases in each group.The control group was treated with open reduction and Kirschner wire tension band internal fixation,and the observation group was additionally treated with Blood-Activating and Pain-Relieving Powder fumigation-washing on the basis of the treatment of the control group.The clinical efficacy,swelling degree score,knee motion score,visual analog scale(VAS)score and knee function score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The excellent rate was 96.34%in the observation group and 74.39%in the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The VAS score of the two groups after treatment was lower than that of the same group before treatment,and the index of the observation group after treatment was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The proportion of swelling degree score of 4 and 3 in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The knee joint activity(knee extension and knee flexion)in the control group was significantly lower than that in the observation group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the knee function score of the two groups was higher than that of the same group before treatment,and the index of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Blood-Activating and Pain-Relieving Powder fumigation-washing therapy combined with open reduction and Kirschner wire tension band internal fixation in the treatment of patellar fracture can reduce the degree of knee pain and swelling and promote the recovery of knee function.
