| 摘 要： | 目的:重新认识盐米汤在腹泻病患儿防治脱水中的优势。方法:随机选取腹泻病无脱水患儿64例作为预防组,54例腹泻病中度以下脱水的患儿作为治疗组,均予以盐米汤口服补液,比较两组的效果差异。结果:预防组与治疗组比较,总有效率显著上升(P<0.05)。结论:盐米汤口服补液在儿童腹泻防治脱水方面有很好的可行性及有效性。
