两种药物在280例绝经后妇女困难取器中的应用

目的:探讨阴道后穹窿放置米索前列醇与口服尼尔雌醇在绝经后妇女困难取环术中的临床应用效果。方法:收集280例相关资料,分为尼尔雌醇组(154例)和米索前列醇组(126例),比较两组取环术的情况。结果:两组药物对宫颈软化与取环方式的选择无明显差异,P>0.05;但阴道后穹窿放置米索前列醇组较口服尼尔雌醇组具有出血少的优点,P<0.01。结论:米索前列醇与尼尔雌醇均能使绝经后的宫颈组织变软,宫口松弛,对绝经后困难取环具有良好的辅助作用。但米索前列醇阴道给药较尼尔雌醇口服具有使用更简便、术中出血量更少的好处,值得临床推广。

The application of Misoprostol and Nilestriol to the difficult removal of intrauterine devices for 280 postmenopausal women

Objective:To investigate the effect of the clinical application of Misoprostol given through vaginal post fornix and Nilestriol taken orally to the difficult removal of intrauterine devices for postmenopausal women.Methods:280 cases of those women's documentations were collected and divided into two groups:the Misoprostol group(154 cases)and the Nilestriol group(126 cases).Compared the results of removal of intrauterine devices in the two groups.Results:There were no significant differences in uterine neck malacia and the selection for methods of removal of intrauterine devices between Misoprostol group and Nilestriol group,P>0.05.The application of Misoprostol given through vaginal post fornix could reduce the amount of bleeding comparing with Nilestriol group,P<0.01.Conclusion:The cervix can be made softened and dilated with Misoprostol and Nilestriol which are very helpful in difficult removal of intrauterine devices for postmenopausal women.Misoprostol given through vaginal is not only more convenient for patients and operators,but also can reduce the amount of bleeding.It is worth applying in clinic.
