摘    要:目的:研究BMP3基因在人正常、龋病及炎症状态下牙髓组织中的表达。方法:利用地高辛甙元标记的BMP3 cDNA探针对人牙髓组织进行原位分子杂交。结果:正常人牙髓组织的成牙本质细胞有弱阳性杂交信号出现。在有修复性牙本质形成的深龋牙髓组织和有脓肿形成的炎症牙髓组织中,在修复性牙本质下方的成牙本质细胞有丰富的阳性杂交信号出现,还可同时见到在血管周边有阳性杂交信号的未分化间充质样细胞。结论:成熟的功能性成

Abstract:To study the expression of BMP3 mRNA in human normal, carious and inflammatory pulp tissues. Methods: In situ hybridization was used with a digoxigenin-labelled BMP3 cDNA probe. Results: Weak BMP3 mRNA positive signal was observed in the odontoblasts of normal pulps; while stronger signal in the odontoblasts under the reparative denim layer in the pulps of deep canes and circumscribed inflammatory tissue;BMP3 expression was also observed in mensenchymal cells. Conclusion: The difference of of BMP3 mRNA expression suggests that BMP3 may take part in the process of pulp repair and might be related to the differentiation and biological state of the cells.
