| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨小剂量地塞米松对新生儿胎粪吸入性肺炎临床及细胞因子的影响。方法:新生儿胎粪吸入性肺炎42例,随机分为治疗组1和治疗组2,两组均采用综合治疗,其中治疗组2从第3天、第4天、第5天加用小剂量地塞米松治疗;以产科足月顺产的正常新生儿20例作为正常对照组。结果:治疗组2的吸氧时间、平均住院天数均短于治疗组1,治疗后白介素-6、白介素-8、肿瘤坏死因子TNF-a治疗组2低,临床疗效比较有统计学差异。结论:地塞米松治疗能缩短吸氧时间,可抑制炎症反应,从近期临床疗效考虑是可行的。
