参麦注射液佐治轮状病毒性心肌损害的疗效观察

目的：探讨参麦注射液治疗轮状病毒性心肌损害的临床疗效。方法：将本院儿科66例轮状病毒性肠炎并心肌损害患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组，两组均给予常规治疗，治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用参麦注射液。两组治疗前后检测心肌酶。结果：治疗后治疗组的心肌酶谱中CK—MB（19．09±6．64）、AST（24．41±9．99）、α-HBDH（122．56±31．64）各值均明显低于对照组（CK—MB为26．50±8．09，AST为36．69±14．79，α-HBDH为180．06±59．80），差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：参麦注射液佐治轮状病毒性心肌损害疗效好，不良反应少。

Observation on effect of Shenmai injection in treating myocardial injury by rotavirus

Objective：Study the effect of Shenmai injection in treatment of the myocardial injury by rotavirus. Methods： 66 patients with rotavirus enteritis complicated with myocardial injury were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Two groups received routine drug therapy, while treatment group was treated with Shenmai injection. Serum detection of myocardial enzyme was taken before and after the therapy. Results： The outcome of patients received Shenmai injection CK-MB, AST, α-HBDH activity were significantly lower than the control group（P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： It is effective that Shenmai injection in treatment of myocardial injury by rotavirus. Shenmai injection has fewer side effects.
