| 摘 要： | 目的探讨子宫动脉结扎术处理剖宫产时大出血的临床意义。方法选择剖宫产时大出血患者25例，术中行子宫动脉结扎术，抢救剖宫产时大出血。结果患者行双侧子宫动脉结扎术后取得快速、彻底的止血效果，可以减少子宫切除，并且保留了患者的生育功能。结论双侧子宫动脉结扎术成为抢救产时、产后出血的理想手段。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the clinical significance of the uterine artery ligation at cesarean section dealing with hemorrhage. Methods 25 cases of patients with hemorrhage in cesarean section were selected for surgery of uterine artery ligation to rescue hemorrhage in cesarean section. Results Bilateral uterine artery ligation produced rapid and complete effect to stop bleeding for patients, which could reduce hysterectomy and preserve reproductive function of patients. Conclusion Bilateral uterine artery ligation is an ideal means to rescue productive and puerperal haemorrhage. |
