圖形視誘發電位和圖形視網膜電圖對原發性開角型青光眼的診斷研究

摘    要:目的探討圖形視誘發電位(PVEP),圖形視網膜電圖(PERG)在不同時間頻率對原發性開角型青光眼診斷的敏感性.方法將原發性開角型青光眼分爲3組,記録不同時間頻率PERG、PVEP的變化,并舆正常組進行比較.結果當時間頻率在6Hz以上時,可疑青光眼PERG b波振幅明顯下降,而PVEP的P100振幅變异性大,下降不明顯.結論當時間頻率高時,用PERG更易檢測出早期原發性開角型青光眼.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the sensitivity of pattern visual evoked potential (PVEP) and pattern electroretinagram (PERG) in diagnosing primary open angle glaucoma (POAG) in different temporal frequencies. Methods The POAG patients were divided into 3 groups according to their clinical features. Their PERG and PVAG in different temporal frequencies were recorded and compared to those of the normal control. Results When the temporal frequencies were higher (> 6Hz), the b-wave amplitude of PERG declined obviously in glaucoma suspects, while no distinct change appeared in AP 100 of PVER. Conclusion When the temporal frequency is higher, POAG is more easily detected by PERG.
