百合固金汤防治放疗所致呼吸道反应疗效分析

目的:观察百合固金汤防治放疗所致呼吸道反应的疗效。方法:将90例接受胸部放疗的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各45例。对照组单用放疗,治疗组在放疗基础上服用百合固金汤,每日3次。比较两组出现呼吸道症状情况及生活质量改善情况。结果:治疗组呼吸道反应明显减轻,生活质量明显高于对照组,两组比较有较显著差异(P0.05)。结论:百合固金汤能明显减轻放疗引起的呼吸道反应,提高患者的生活质量。
