| 摘 要： | 目的探讨SARS患者外用血T淋巴细胞亚群的变化.方法用流式细胞仪检测44例SARS住院患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群,并测定其白细胞计数及分类.结果与正常组比较,SARS组白细胞总数显著下降,淋巴细胞百分数和绝对数显著下降,粒细胞绝对数显著下降,粒细胞百分数显著增加;CD3+、CD4+、CD8+细胞百分数,CD4+/CD8+比值差异无统计学意义.结论SARS患者外周血淋巴细胞减少,T淋巴细胞亚群无明显变化. |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the changes in T lymphocyte subsets in SARS cases. Methods Lymphocyte subsets were detected by using flow cytometry in 44 SARS patients and complete blood count were performed. Results Compared with the control group, white blood cell and lymphocyte decreased, the proportion of granulocyte increased, but the absolute number of granulocyte decreased; No significant change in the proportion of CD3+,CD4+ CD8+ cell and ratio of CD4+ /CD8+ . Conclusion The lymphocyte of peripheral blood decreases, but the T lymphocyte subsets in SARS cases have no change. |
