| 摘 要： | 目的:了解门诊患者的用药咨询情况,以提高药房的药学服务水平.方法:选取北京市复兴医院2006年3月门诊220名患者的门诊咨询记录,对患者的咨询内容进行统计.结果:35.3%的患者咨询药物的使用方法,32.9%的患者咨询药物的作用.结论:合理用药咨询对促进患者安全、合理及有效地使用药物发挥着重要作用.

| Abstract: | Objective:To understand the requirement of outpatients so that to improve the pharmacy service.Methods: 220 medicines consulting records of outpatients in Fu-xing hospital in Mar.2006 were selected to analysis their consulting items.Results: 35.3% of the patients consulted about the methods to use medicines and 32.9% consulted about the functions of the medicines.Conclusion: Advices on medicines play an important role in helping patients use medicines safely,reasonably and effectively. |
