三期十步法应用于急性脑梗死护理干预中的效果研究

目的探究三期十步法应用于急性脑梗死护理干预中的效果。方法选取2016年1月至2019年2月扬州友好医院收治的急性脑梗死患者116例为观察对象,采用随机数字表法分为两组,其中行常规护理干预的58例作为对照组,行三期十步法干预的58例作为观察组。对比两组患者护理干预前、干预4周后的生活质量(健康状况、生活活力、情感职能、社会功能)、日常生活能力(NIHSS评分)、神经功能(Barthel评分)以及负性情绪(HAMD及HAMA评分)。结果观察组干预后健康状况、生活活力、情感职能及社会功能评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组干预后NIHSS评分低于对照组,Barthel评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组干预后HAMD评分及HAMA评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对急性脑梗死患者行三期十步法护理干预可有效提高其生活质量及日常生活能力,改善神经功能及负性情绪,值得推广。

Effect of three-stage ten-step method on acute cerebral infarction

Objective To explore the effect of three-stage ten-step method in acute cerebral infarction intervention. Methods 116 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to February 2019, 58 patients with acute cerebral infarction who underwent routine intervention were used as control group, and 58 patients with acute cerebral infarction who underwent three-stage ten-step intervention were used as the control group. Results The health status, vitality, emotional function and social function scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The NIHSS score was lower in the observation group than in the control group, and the Barthel score was higher than the control group (P<0.05). The HAMD score and HAMA score of the observation group were lower than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The three-stage ten-step intervention for patients with acute cerebral infarction can effectively improve the quality of life and daily living ability, improve neurological function and improve satisfaction. It is worth promoting.
