防跌倒强化管理措施对呼吸科老年患者防跌倒护理的应用效果研究

目的探讨防跌倒强化管理措施在呼吸科老年患者防跌倒护理中的临床应用效果。方法将2017年6月至2018年6月在泰安市立医院呼吸科住院的老年患者1312例中具有跌倒风险的392例患者按随机数字表随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各196例。对照组防跌倒护理按呼吸内科常规老年患者防跌倒安全管理方法;观察组患者给予防跌倒强化管理措施,包含老年住院患者的防跌倒管理制度、跌倒危险因素综合评估、跌倒风险告知书、防跌倒管理措施、持续改进以及质量控制等一系列措施。对比两组患者跌倒发生率、跌倒意识行为评分预报率和护理满意度。结果实施防跌倒强化管理流程两周后,观察组患者的跌倒发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者跌倒意识行为评分(87.77±10.34)明显高于对照组(62.66±7.34)(P<0.01);观察组患者的护理满意度(94.99%)也高于对照组患者(66.32%)(P<0.05)。结论实施防跌倒强化管理措施可以对呼吸科老年患者在院期间潜在的跌倒危险因素进行预见性的识别与评价,从而在最短时间内进行最为妥善的处理,有效避免老年患者住院期间发生跌倒事件,对于确保老年患者住院期间安全性的维护具有积极的意义。

Application effect of safety management on tumble prevention for elderly patients in respiratory department

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of safety management on tumble prevention for elderly patients in respiratory department. Methods From June 2017 to June 2018, 392 elderly hospitalized patients at risk of tumble in respiratory department of Taian Municipal Hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 196 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with routine safety management for tumble prevention. Meanwhile, patients in the observation group were treated with strengthening management on the basis of the control group, including the management system of tumble prevention, comprehensive evaluation of risk, risk notification and quality control. The incidences of tumble, prediction rates of tumble consciousness and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results Two weeks after the implementation, the incidence of tumble in observation group was significantly reduced(P<0.05) The prediction rate of tumble consciousness of patients in the observation group was also significantly higher than that of the control group (87.77±10.34] vs 62.66±7.34], P<0.01). The nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that of control group (94.99% vs 66.32%, P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of the "anti-tumble management process" can evaluate the risk factors of tumble for elderly patients in the department of respiration, so that the most appropriate treatment can be carried out in time. It is of positive significance for elderly patients to ensure the safety during hospitalization.
