角膜塑形术患儿用眼健康行为的临床护理路径

目的 探讨角膜塑形术患儿用眼健康行为使用临床护理路径的应用效果。方法 将100例（200眼）行角膜塑形术患儿按照奇偶数分为观察组（奇数）和对照组（偶数）各50例（各100眼）,对照组采用角膜塑形术常规护理,观察组制定角膜塑形术临床护理路径并按照路径实施护理,观察比较2组患儿不同时间段的用眼健康行为。结果 观察组用眼时间评分在术后6个月末和术后1年末优于对照组（P<0.01）,用眼环境、用眼行为、饮食和运动、戴镜行为评分和总分在术后3个月末、术后6个月末和1年末均优于对照组（P<0.01）,随着干预的延长,观察组用眼时间、用眼环境、用眼行为、饮食和运动、戴镜行为逐渐提高。结论 临床护理路径能提高角膜塑形术患儿的用眼健康行为。

Effect of Clinical Nursing Pathway on Eye Health of Children after Orthokeratology

Objective To explore the effect of clinical nursing pathway on eye health of children after orthokeratology. Methods One hundred children after orthokeratology were divided into observation group and control group, with 50 children (100 eyes) in each group. The control group received routine nursing for orthokeratology while clinical nursing pathway was established and applied in the observation group. Eye health of children at different time points in the two groups was compared. Results The score of the time of using eyes at the end of 6 months and 1 year after the operation in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.01) and the score of the environment of using eyes, eye behavior, diet and exercise and glass wearing and the total score at the end of 3, 6 months and 1 year after the operation were higher than those in the control group (P<0.01). With the prolonging of the intervention, children in the observation group had healthier behavior in terms of the time of using eyes, the environment of using eyes, eye behavior, dietary and exercise and glass wearing. Conclusion Clinical nursing pathway benefits the promotion of children's healthy eye behavior.
