旋腕运动预防PICC术后静脉血栓形成的效果观察

目的 探讨旋腕运动预防经外周置入中心静脉导管术后静脉血栓的临床效果。方法 选取2016年7月—2018年6月行经外周置入中心静脉导管置管术后的240例患者,按时间先后顺序分为对照组和观察组各120例,对照组实施常规护理预防措施,观察组在对照组基础上配合旋腕运动,比较2组患者静脉血栓的发生率。结果 观察组上肢静脉血栓形成的发生率（3.3%）明显低于对照组（10.8%）,差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 实施旋腕运动能加快肱二头肌静脉血回流速度,能显著降低经外周置入中心静脉导管术后患者上肢静脉血栓的发生率。

Preventive Effect of Wrist Movement on Venous Thrombosis for Patients with Peripherally Inserted Central Catheter

Objective To explore the clinical effect of wrist movement on preventing venous thrombosis for patient with peripherally inserted central catheter（PICC）. Methods 240 patients with PICC from July 2016 to June 2018 were divided into control group and observation group, with 120 patients in each group. Routine nursing preventive measures were implemented in the control group, and additional wrist movement was performed in the observation group. The incidence of venous thrombosis in the 2 groups was compared. Results The incidence of venous thrombosis in the upper limbs of the control group was 10.8%, which was significantly higher than that of the observation group (3.3%) and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Wrist movement can help to accelerate the venous blood flow velocity of biceps and significantly reduce the incidence of venous thrombosis in upper limbs after PICC implantation.
