日本血吸虫病人治疗前后对虫卵抗原的抗体应答

目的寻找具有特异性诊断和疗效考核价值的蛋白分子。方法应用酶联免疫印迹法（EITB）对9例日本血吸虫慢性病人治疗前及治疗后3、9、12个月虫卵抗原的抗体及抗体亚型应答变化进行分析。结果9例病人血清特异性IgG识别的反应带中，治后12个月，7例病人血清11kDa、13kDa反应带变淡。2例治疗前后变化不明显。检测特异性IgG4识别的反应带，治疗后12个月，8例病人血清的IgG识别的13kDa及11kDa抗原反应带明显变淡或消失，尤以IgG识别的13kDa抗原反应带消失明显，显示较强的特异性。1例治前反应很弱，因而难以判断治疗前后的变化。结论慢性血吸虫病人血清对虫卵相关抗原识别带的消失似可作为化疗效果的考核指标。

SCHISTOSOMIASIS JAPONICA PATIENTS ANTIBODY RESPONSE TO EGG ANTIGEN OF SCHISTOSOMA JAPONICUM BEFORE AND AFTER CHEMOTHERAPY

Objective To find the antibody reponse which can be used as an index for diagnosis and evaluation of treat ment. Methods Immunoblot was used to detecl the antibody isotype response of 9 chronic schistosomiasis cases to Schistosoma japonicum egg antigen before and 3, 9, 12 months after treatment. Results In the reaction pattern recognized by IgG of 9 cases, 12 months after treatment, 11kDa and 13kDa reaction patterns of 7 patients sera became light. The change of 2 cases before and after treatment was not significant. 13kDa and 11kDa antigen pattern recognized by IgG4 of 8 cases became remarkably light or disappeared after treatment with praziquantel, especially for 13kDa recognized by IgG4. It showeci strong specificity. Conclusion The disappearance of some antigen patterns recognized by chronic patients sera may be iaken as the index for checking the effectiveness of chemotherapy.
