| 摘 要： | 目的]探讨癌症与白细胞及血脂水平的相关性.方法]采用1∶1病例对照研究法,病例组选取癌症患者,对照组选择社区健康人群中与病例组性别和年龄匹配者.比较分析病例组及对照组的白细胞和血脂水平,并分析其与癌症的相关性.结果]病例组患者血清甘油三酯(TG)、极低密度脂蛋白(VLDL)水平和白细胞计数(WBC)均明显高于对照组,而血浆高密度脂蛋白(HDL)水平显著低于对照组;两组总胆固醇(TC)和低密度脂蛋白(LDL)水平间无显著性差异.TG,VLDL,HDL,WBC的上四分位数与下四分位数相比较,患癌症的相对危险度分别为3.347(95%CI:1.657~6.758),3.628(95%CI:1.741~7.557),0.022(95%CI:0.008~0.058),2.584(95%CI:1.320~5.059),其余血脂指标的相对危险度无统计学意义.WBC与TG,VLDL呈正相关,与HDL呈负相关.结论]白细胞、血脂与癌症具有一定的相关性,其中WBC,TG,VLDL是癌症发生的可疑危险因素,HDL是保护因素.
