2002年巢湖市个体诊所消毒质量监测情况分析

摘    要:目的:为了解巢湖市市区个体诊所的消毒质量现状.方法:依据GB15982-1995<医院消毒卫生标准>和GB15981-1995<消毒与灭菌的评价方法与标准>进行采样监测.结果:2002年对巢湖市市辖区内127家综合诊所和私人诊所的消毒质量进行监测,共采样454份,合格率为47.14%,各类监测样本中无菌物品、紫外灯的合格率最低;综合诊所和私人诊所监测样品总合格率分别为67.39%、41.99%,差异有高度显著性(P<0.01);私人诊所样本监测合格率呈内科诊所→口腔诊所→中医诊所降低趋势(P<0.01).结论:加强私人诊所消毒工作的管理力度,加强医院感染控制和消毒知识的培训,提高医务人员对消毒工作的认识,确保个体诊所消毒与灭菌质量

Abstract:Objective To study the effect of antisepsis and sterilization in Chaohu individual clinic. Methods Sampling and testing according to GB15982-1995 "Standard of disinfection in hospitals" and GB15981-1995"The method and standard of evaluation on disinfection and sterilization". Results The total eligible rate of antisepsis and sterilization is 47.14% in 454 cases that were sampled from 127 Chaohu individual clinics. The lowest eligible rate is the radiant intensity of UV light and sterilize goods.The total eligible rate in polyclinic is 67.39% which is obviously higher than that(41.99%) in private clinic(P<0.01).The eligible rate of internal medicine in private clinic is the highest,then the dentistry and the lowest rate is Chinese traditional medicine. Conclusion It is important to reinforce the administration of antisepsis and sterilization in Chaohu individual clinic.
