| 摘 要： | 目的探讨肝、脾损伤并发颅脑损伤的诊断与治疗。方法回顾分析我院32例肝、脾损伤并发颅脑损伤的临床资料。结果本组腹部手术治疗13例，保守治疗19例，颅脑手术治疗3例，实施剖腹及开颅手术1例。死亡11例。结论及早明确诊断-进行诊断性腹穿，明确休克原因，早期综合性的抢救治疗，注意手术指征，可提高肝、脾损伤并发颅脑损伤的抢救成功率。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore diagnosis and treatment of hepatic and splenic injury combined head injury. Methods The clinical data of 32 cases with hepatic and splenic injury combined head injury in this hospital were analyzed retrospectively. Results Abdominal operation was conducted in 13 cases. Cerebral cranium operation was performed in 3 cases. Both abdomen and brain operation were performed in 1 case. 11 cases died in the group. Conclusion Paying attention to early definitive diagnosis, making abdominocentesis, searching out the reason of shock, early complex emergency treatment and selecting operative indication are all important to increase the success rate of emergency treatment of the hepatic and splenic injury combined head injury. |
