| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨急性脑梗死血浆GMP - 140浓度与血小板聚集功能的相关性及临床意义。方法 :对 4 5例急性脑梗死患者进行研究 ,与 2 0例健康人作对照 ,在发病 3天内 (急性期 )及 2周时 (恢复期 )抽取肘静脉血 ,采用酶联免疫吸附双抗体夹心法测定血浆GMP - 140浓度、血小板聚集率(PAgT)采用TYXN - 96I多功能智能血液仪测定。结果 :血浆GMP - 140浓度与PAgT呈显著正相关(r =0 .538,P <0 0 1)。脑梗死急性期血浆GMP - 140浓度、PAgT显著高于恢复期和对照组 (P<0 0 0 1) ,恢复期血浆 (GMP - 140浓度高于对照组 (P <0 0 1) ,而PAgT与对照组无显差异。结论 :急性脑梗死血浆GMP - 140浓度与PAgT呈正相关 ,恢复期血奖GMP - 140浓度能更准确地反映血小板活化程度 ,急性脑梗死患者应给予较长时间抗血小板聚集治疗
