摘    要:目的观察关木通与不同剂量黄连配伍后大鼠肾毒性反应。方法将大鼠随机分为对照组、关木通模型组、关木通加黄连低剂量组、关木通加黄连高剂量组,灌胃3周,测定相关肾功能指标并对肾组织进行形态学检查。结果关木通加黄连高剂量组血肌酐(5.6±0.8)μmol/L、血尿素氮(47.1±2.9)mmol/L较模型组分别为(6.4±0.6)μmol/L、(51.1±2.8)mmol/L]降低,病理损伤较轻。结论关木通加黄连高剂量组降低马兜铃酸(AA)引起的肾毒性损伤明显,提示有减毒作用。

Abstract:Objective To observe the reduction in nephrotoxicity of Caulis Aristolochiae Manshuriensis (CAM) by combined used with different doses of Coptis Chinensis (CC) in rats. Methods The studied rats were randomized into the control group (no treatment), CAM group, CAM plus low-dose CC group and the CAM plus high-dose CC group, to receive gavage for 3 weeks. Renal function and tissue pathology were studied. Results The CAM plus high- dose CC group showed lower levels of serum creatinine (5.6±0.8)μmol/L and blood urea nitrogen (47.1 ±2.9)μmol/L, as well as milder pathological disorder as compared with the CAM group (6.4±0.6)μmol/L, (51.1 ±2.8)mmol/L respectively]. Conclusion Combined use of Coptis Chinensis may significantly ameliorate the nephrotoxic injury induced by Caulis Aristolochiae Manshufiensis, suggesting a toxicity-reducing effect.
