护理实习生对中医临床教育环境的理解

摘    要:目的了解护理实习生对中医临床教育环境的认识现状。方法采用医学教育环境测量工具(DREEM)对上海中医药大学5家附属医院的203名护理实习生进行中医临床教育环境的问卷调查。结果护理实习生对中医临床教育环境感受总分为132.66±24.93,在学习、教师、氛围的感受,以及学术自我感受、社交的自我感受5个维度得分分别为33.55±5.94、30.12±5.61、21.74±4.23、31.69±6.02、17.21±3.50,总分及各维度得分均处于较高层次。结论护理实习生对中医临床护理教育环境的总体感受较好。

Abstract:Object To investigate the students' perception on clinical nursing education environment in Traditional Chinese Medicine hospitals. Methods The Dundee Ready Education Environment Measure(DREEM) inventory was used to investigate the perceptions of 203 nursing interns from Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Results The total score of education environment perceived by the nursing students was 132.66 ±24.93,and the scores of five subscales were 33.55 ± 5.94,30.12±5.61,21.74±4.23,31.69±6.02,17.21±3.50,respectively,and the scores showed high level for evaluation criteria of DREEM. Conclusion Students' perception on clinical nursing education environment in Traditional Chinese Medicine hospitals is good in general.
