阿司匹林抵抗的发生机制

摘    要:阿司匹林在血栓性疾病患者及其高危人群中已广泛应用,但部分患者应用阿司匹林却仍不能避免血栓性疾病的发生,由此"阿司匹林抵抗"的概念被提出。阿司匹林服用剂量、环氧化酶2过量表达、花生四烯酸脂氧化酶代谢途径的作用、糖蛋白Ⅱb/Ⅲa受体亚型多样性及其他血小板活化途径的可能作用均可能引起阿司匹林抵抗,本文就阿司匹林抵抗机制进行综述。

Abstract:Aspirin is widely used in patients with thrombotic diseases or in high-risk group. However, part patients using aspirin can not avoid the occurrence of thrombotic diseases, the concept of "aspirin resistance" was proposed. The dosage of aspirin, overdose of epoxidase 2, effect of arachidonic acid lypoxygenase metabolic pathway, multiplicity of glucoprotein Ⅱb/Ⅲa acceptor hypotype and activating route of other thromboplastid can cause aspirin resistance,this article reviews the mechanism of aspirin resistance.
