| 摘 要： | 本文应用0．01％坏胞苷结膜下注射，合用无环鸟苷及病毒唑滴眼液滴眼沽疗单疤病毒性角膜炎105例，治愈率为85．7％。无环鸟苷对浅层角膜炎治疗有效，但对深层疗效不佳，应用本法能弥补这一不足。通过临床观察初步认为联合用药好于其他单一用药方法。

| Abstract: | In this paper, we treated 105 cases of herpes simplex keratitis with 0.01%cyclocytidine by subconjunctival injection combined wit acyclogua-nosine and rirazole eye drops. The cure rate is 85.7%. Acycloguanosine is effective to superficial keratitis, but is not satisfactory to deep keratitis. From clinical observations, we concluded that the method of combined drug treatment is better than than that of single-drug treat-ment. |
