关注农村地区学生预防艾滋病教育：392名农村初中学生预防艾滋病知识调查研究报告

目的:了解农村地区中学生预防艾滋病基本知识,为开展艾滋病健康教育提供科学依据。方法:以不记名问卷调查方式,对辽宁某农村地区1所学校392名初一至初三学生进行调查。结果:分别有43.4%、36.2%、36.5%的学生知道艾滋病病毒可以通过与他人共用针头或注射器静脉吸毒、性交行为和母婴途径传播。分别有25.0%、19.6%、16.8%的学生知道艾滋病病毒并不通过拥抱、同在一个教室上课和共餐传播。学生艾滋病知识主要来自电视、报刊/杂志/书、广播和互联网等大众传媒(54.6%)。有76.9%的学生想了解预防艾滋病知识。结论:调查结果提示我们,要重视农村学校预防艾滋病健康教育,并通过受教育的学生,向家庭其他成员和同伴传播预防艾滋病基本知识。

Concerns about AIDS prevention education among students in rural areas: A survey among 392 Junior middle school students

Objectives:To investigate on AIDS prevention knowledge of Junior middle school students in rural areas and to provide basis for AIDS prevention education.Methods:Three hundred and ninety-two students in grade 7 to grade 9 from a junior middle school in rural area of Liaoning province were surveyed anonymously by self-administered questionnaire.Results:Of these students,43.4%,36.2% and 36.5% knew that HIV can be transmitted by sharing needle or syringe,sexual intercourse,and pregnant HIV mother to the baby respectively.25.0%,19.6% and 16.8% knew that HIV can not be transmitted by hug,by sharing the same classroom and by sharing the dinner table respectively.The AIDS knowledge of the students was mainly acquired from mass media(54.6%),such as TV,book/journal/newspaper,radio broadcast,and internet.About 76.9 percent of students hope to learn AIDS prevention knowledge.Conclusion:The findings suggest that we should attach more importance on AIDS prevention education in the rural schools,so that students can spread AIDS prevention knowledge to their family members and their peers.
