吸烟与油毡生产男性工人肺癌死亡关系的研究

对４３２０名油毡生产工人和４１０１名对照组工人进行了吸烟与肺癌死亡关系的回顾前瞻性流行病学调查研究。结果表明，油毡生产男工吸烟组肺癌标准化死亡率为４０．８６／１０万，不吸烟组肺癌标化死亡率为２４．７３／１０万，均显著高于对照组男工肺癌的死亡率，吸烟与油毡生产男工接触沥青烟有相加作用。

STUDY ON RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN SMOKING AND LUNG CANCER OF ASPHALT FELT MAKING WORKERS

Retrospective and Perspective epidemological investigations on relationship between smoking and lung cancer in 4320 asphalt felt making workers and 4101 controls were carried out. The results indicated that the standardzed death ratios of lung cancer in the male smoking and nonsmoking workers in saphalt felt making were 40. 86/100000 and 24. 73/100 000 respectively. They wer significantly higher than those of the controls. It showed that smoking and asphalt exposure indeed had synergetic carcinogenic effect on the morbidity of lung cancer among asphalt felt making workers. In order to prevent asphalt felt making workers suffering from lung cancer,the propaganda of smoking hazards is absolutely necessary.
