| 摘 要： | 心脉龙是我院药理教研室研制的供注射用的强心升压药，对该药的急性毒性与同类常用药毒毛旋花子甙Ｋ、氨吡酮进行比较，在相同的条件下测得ＬＤ５０（半数致死量）：心脉龙＝５３５．６７３３±７３．７６２２ｍｇ／千克体重，毒毛旋花子甙Ｋ＝２．８６２２±０．３７７４ｍｇ／千克体重，氨吡酮＝１１４．４８５４±９．４２７９ｍｇ／千克体重。心脉龙、毒毛旋花子甙Ｋ、氨吡酮的治疗指数分别为５０５；２０；１５３。表明：心脉龙的安全度比毒毛旋花子甙Ｋ大２５倍，比氨吡酮大３倍。

| Abstract: | Xinmailong is a kind of cardiotonic pressor medicine for injection invented by the Department of Pharmacology of Dali Medical College. We tested the toxicity LD50 of Xinmailong and the other two most commonly used medicines under the same condition. The result is as follows:LD50 in Xinmailong= 535. 6733mg/kg; LD50 in K-Strophanthin=2. 8622mg/kg; LD50 in Amrinone=114. 485mg/kg. The therapeutical index of Xinmailong is 505,K Strophanthin 20,amrinone 153. It shows that Xinmailong is 25 times safer than K Strophanthin,and three times safer than amrinone. |
