| 摘 要： | 磷脂酰肌醇蛋白多糖-3（glypican-3，GPC3）是一种硫酸乙酰肝素糖蛋白，研究证明，GPC3表达与肝细胞癌（HCC）关系密切，尤其是小肝癌、AFP（甲胎蛋白）阴性肝癌、早期肝癌新的血清标志物。联合检测多种肿瘤标志物能大大提高诊断效能，为提高HCC诊断敏感性和特异性，现对血清GPC3与肝细胞癌关系进行综述。

| Abstract: | Phosphatidylinositol proteoglycan -3 （glypican-3, GPC3） is a heparan sulfate glycoprotein, studies have shown that GPC3 expression with hepatocellular carcinoma （HCC） close relationship, especially small HCC, AFP negative HCC, early liver cancer new serum markers. Joint detection of multiple tumor markers can greatly improve the diagnostic performance, improve the HCC diagnostic sensitivity and specificity, and now the relationship between serum GPC3 with hepatocellular carcinoma were reviewed. |
