丹参饮加味治疗瘀血型消化性溃疡76例疗效观察

目的探讨丹参饮加味治疗瘀血型消化性溃疡的疗效。方法将144例瘀血型消化性溃疡患者随机分为两组,对照组68例每日单纯给予西药;治疗组76例在对照组的基础上加用丹参饮加味。疗程4周。治疗结束后复诊,记录症状变化并复查胃镜。结果治疗组4周末症状与体征消失率为89.5%,对照组则分别73.5%(P<0.05);治疗组溃疡愈合率、有效率(含治愈患者,以下类同)为92.1%,高于对照组的76.5%(P<0.05)。溃疡复发率半年和一年治疗组均明显低于对照组(P<0.1和P<0.05)。治疗组和对照组治疗前和一年后幽门螺杆菌阳性率比较,差异无显著意义(P﹥0.05)。疗程结束后、半年后幽门螺杆菌阳性率比较,差异有显著意义(P﹤0.05)。结论丹参饮加味联合法莫替丁治疗瘀血型消化性溃疡取得较好疗效。

Observation on Clinical Efficacy of Modified Salvia Decoction in Treating Peptic Ulcer with Blood Stasis Syndrome of 76 Cases
