| 摘 要： | 目的：为了了解初诊多发性骨髓瘤患者血钙异常及其相关影响因素,血钙与多发性骨髓瘤患者肿瘤负荷水平相关性研究。方法：回顾性分析105例多发性骨髓瘤（MM）的临床资料。结果：低钙组与正常血钙组比较,差异有统计学意义的指标分别为清蛋白、血红蛋白、血肌酐（P〈0.05）,高钙组与正常血钙组比较,差异有统计学意义的指标为血磷（P〈0.05）、血肌酐（P〈0.01）。血钙等对β2-MG分别做简单相关分析及多重线性回归分析,β2-MG与LDH、M蛋白量、Scr、骨骼损害积分相关,但与血钙水平并不相关。结论：血钙异常是多发骨髓瘤患者重要的临床表现,但其与病情严重程度无关。

| Abstract: | Objective：In order to study abnormal serum calcium and its related factors in new diagnosed patients with multiple myeloma,serum calcium correlation with tumor burden of multiple myeloma.Methods：Retrospective analysis the clinical data of 105 cases of multiple myeloma.Results：The difference between the low calcium group and the normal group had statistically significant,was albumin,hemoglobin,serum creatinine（P〈0.05）,the difference between the high calcium group and the normal group had statistically significant,was phosphorus（P〈0.05）,serum creatinine（P〈0.01）.Simple correlation analysis and multiple linear regression analysis for calcium and the other indicators to β2-MG,β2-MG with LDH,M Protein content,Scr,bone damage points are correlated,but the serum calcium was not correlated to β2-MG.Conclusion：Abnormal serum calcium is an important clinical symptoms of multiple myeloma,but it ＇ s not correlated with severity of paitents. |
