截肢术病人对手术心理认同影响因素的分析及护理措施

目的探讨截肢病人对手术的心理认同影响因素的分析及护理措施。方法对42例行截肢术的病人,采取问卷及面对面交谈法,了解病人对截肢术的心理认同状况,应用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、艾森克人格测验(EPQ)评定病人的心理状态及个性特征,并对性别、年龄、文化、职业、收入等相关因素进行分析。结果不同心理认同状况的病人个性类型不同。病人术前不同程度的SAS、SDS对截肢术的心理认同不同,且SAS、SDS程度越重,病人越不能认同手术。不同的性别、年龄、文化程度及职业对截肢术病人的心理认同状况有影响。结论对截肢病人进行护理时,应针对上述因素实施护理,以提高手术效果。

Analysis of correlated factors influencing psychological acknowledgment of patients with amputation and the psychological nursing

Objective To explore the correlated factors of psychological acknowledgment for patients with amputation and the methods of psychological nursing.Methods 42 cases of amputation patients were.accepted questionnaire and face-to-face talking method.The psychological status and personal feature were assessed using Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS) and Eysenck personality Questionnaire(EPQ).And the correlated factors such as sex,age,education,vocation and incomes were analyzed.Results The patients with different psychological acknowledgment had different personality types.Patients with different degrees of SAS and SDS had different psychological acknowledgment for the amputation,and the patients could not acknowledge the operation along with the high degree of SAS and SDS.The different sex,age,education and vocation had influence for the psychological acknowledgment of patients with amputation.Conclusions It should implement the nursing measures aiming at the above-mentioned factors when nursing the patients with amputation so as to improve the operating effect.
