超声电导透射通络止痛中药外治膝骨性关节炎的临床观察

摘    要:目的观察超声电导透射中药治疗膝骨性关节炎的疗效,探索中药治疗该病新的有效途径。方法选择膝骨性关节炎患者61例,随机分为超声电导药物组(A组)31例,药物热敷组(B组)30例。在保证治疗形式相同的前提下,A组应用超声电导透射通络止痛中药,B组应用传统中药骨友灵擦剂热敷进行治疗,分别对2组治疗前及治疗后2周、4周的VAS疼痛评分和膝关节功能评分进行比较。结果A组治疗2周后疼痛评分明显降低(P<0.05),B组在治疗4周后亦使疼痛评分明显降低(P<0.05);A组在治疗2周后膝关节功能评分明显降低(P<0.05),B组在治疗4周后虽然膝关节功能评分有所降低,但不明显(P>0.05)。说明超声电导药物组(A组)比药物热敷组(B组)产生镇痛效果更早,膝关节功能也逐渐恢复。结论超声电导透射通络止痛中药在治疗膝骨性关节炎方面是一种高效的中药外用方法。
