| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨非器质性疾病患者循环系统症状的原因。方法 对排除器质性心脏病的 47例患者进行倾斜试验。结果 在试验中 36例呈现阳性结果 ,占 76 .6 % ,均伴随其主诉症状的发生。结论 以循环系统症状为主而无客观证据的患者可能是一种特殊类型的血管迷走性晕厥。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the reason of circulation system symptom of patients with non-physical disease.Methods Tilt table test was performed in 47 patients who have not been diagnosed as physical heart disease.Results 36 cases had positive reaction during the test.The positive rate was 76.6%.During the test all the positive patients had chief symptoms they suffered in the past.Conclusion The patients who have many circulation symptoms but do not have objective evidences may be a particular type of syncope vasovagal. |
