| 摘 要： | 应用流式细胞技术对正常胃粘膜19例、慢性浅表性胃炎(CSG)25例、慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)25例和胃癌34例进行细胞DNA含量和细胞周期时相分析。21例胃癌(62.4％)和1例伴中度不典型增生的CAG出现非整倍体。S期细胞百分率均值在胃癌组显著高于其他各组(P<0.01～0.05),CAG组显著高于CSG组(P<0.05),CSG组与正常组无明显差异(P>0.05)。结果提示:细胞DNA含量测定和细胞周期时相分析对早期发现癌变趋势具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Flow cytometric measurements of cellullar DNA have been performed on biopsy specimens taken through flexible gastroscopes from normal persons(n=19),patients with chronic superficial gastritis (CSG,n=25),chronic atrophic gastritis (CAG,n=25) and gastric cancer (n=34).Aneuploidy was found in 21 cases (62.4%) of gastric cancer and one of CAG with dysplasia.The mean percentage of S phase cells in gastric cancer group was higher than in any other group (P<0.05~0.01) and that of CAG group higher than CSG group (P<0.05).There was no difference in proportions of S phase between CSG and normal groups.Our results suggest that FCM DNA content measurement and cell cycle stage analysis in patients with CAG are of important significance in detecting early tendency of malignant change. |
