对上海市高中生在艾滋病问题上的知信行研究

目的：了解上海高中生对艾滋病问题的知信行情况，探索适合青少年的艾滋病教育措施，方法：要求上海市徐汇区两所普通中学开展一年的艾滋病健康教育，教育前后对324名高中生进行了问卷调查。结果：高中生对艾滋病基本知识晓率较高，但在传播途径和预防措施上错误认识还不少；60％的学生能接受婚前性行为，结论：青少年的艾滋病教育应注意与性健康教育相结合，学校应担负起艾滋病健康教育的主要任务。

KAP towards AIDS among Senior Middle School Students in Shaghai

Objective To understand the KAP towards AIDS among senior middle school students in Shanghai so as to provide a basis for development of relevant health education strategy Methods Two ordinary senior middle schools in Xuhui District, Shanghai, were asked to carry out AIDS health education for one year Before and after the education, questionnaire surveys were conducted to understand the KAP towards AIDS among 263 senior middle school students Results There was no significant difference in knowledge rates on AIDS before and after the education, both rates being rather high However, there many misconceptions werefound about the transmission and prevention of AIDS 60% of the interviewed students approved pre marital sex A considerable proportion of students had been exposed to pornographic books and videotapes Conclusion Misconceptions about AIDS still exist among senior middle school students AIDS health education for youngsters must be integrated with sex health education School should undertake the task of AIDS health education
