摘    要:建立了适合抗疟新药三氟乙酰伯氨喹合成产品分离分析的高效毛细管电泳与高效液相色谱方法。通过对两种方法之间分离效能、线性范围、定量重现性、方法回收率、最低检测限及分离分析时间的比较研究,明确了在药物生产质量控制过程中,高效毛细管电泳技术将是高效液相色谱技术理想的补充手段。

Abstract:The separate and analytical methods were established for the analysis of synthetic product, the new anti malarial drug trifluoroacetyl primaquine(M 8506 ) by high performance capillary electrophoresis(HPCE) and high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC). The two methods were then compared in terms of separation efficiency, linearity, precision, recovery, detection limit and analytical time. The conclusion was that HPCE should be an ideal alternative method for HPLC during the quality control of pharmaceutical production process.
