冠心病合并2型糖尿病患者冠状动脉病变严重程度的研究

目的:探讨2型糖尿病与冠状动脉病变严重程度的关系。方法:对象为选择性冠状动脉造影确诊的冠心病患者266例,其中合并2型糖尿病者96例,无糖尿病者170例。计算冠脉病变支数和进行Gensini冠脉病变评分。结果:冠心病合并2型糖尿病患者的冠脉病变Gensini评分和三支病变者明显多于不合并2型糖尿病的冠心病患者(P<0.05);简单直线相关分析表明,甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、体重指数等与冠状动脉病变严重程度显著相关(P均<0.01)。结论:冠心病患者合并2型糖尿病将加重冠状动脉病变严重程度。

Comparison of the severity and extent of the coronary artery disease between patients with and without type-2 diabetes mellitus

Objective:To explore the relationship between the type-2 diabetes mellitus(DM) and the severity and extent of coronary artery disease.Methods:A total of 296 coronary heart disease(CHD) patients identified by the coronary angiography were included in the study.Of which 96 with type-2 DM and 170 without. The number of the diseased coronary arteries and the Gensini's score were calculated.Results: The Gensini's score and percentage of three-branch lesion of with type-2 diabetes group were higher than those of patient without DM(P<0.01).Simple correlation analysis indicated that the severity of the coronary artery disease was significantly correlated with the TG, TC, HDL-C, LDL-C and the body mass index(P<0.01 all).Conclusion:Coronary aryery disease complicated diabetes mellitus may aggravate the severity of coronary artery disease.
