| 摘 要： | 老年人休息时间增多，但睡眠时间却相对减少，睡眠的质量也因个人和环境因素受到一定影响。部分原来睡眠不错的患者，住院后却开始服用安眠药：原来经常服用安眠药的患者，住院后睡眠质量明显下降，个别老年患者入院后第一天几乎整夜难眠。睡眠质量下降，很大程度上影响了患者的病情，一如何提高患者的睡眠质量成为重要课题。
