1000/塑性弹力夹板治疗桡骨远端伸直型骨折的临床观察研究

为评价塑性弹力夹板治疗桡骨远端伸直型骨折的临床疗效，选择2002-09/2005-08河南中医学院第二附属医院骨科、河南中医学院第一附属医院骨科、登封市骨科医院的210例桡骨远端伸直型骨折患者，随机对照前瞻性研究，1组骨折整复后应用传统夹板掌屈位固定，2组整复后应用塑性弹力夹板中立位固定。在就诊当日、一周、4-6周三个观察周期以病情变化总记分评价病情轻重，观察周期结束后三个月按照Gartland和Werley评分系统对腕关节功能进行评价。考虑中心效应差之后，2组明显优于1组，没有明显并发症。证明了塑性弹力夹板比普通小夹板有很好的优越性。

Clinical Application Research on Treatment the comminuted fractures of Distal Radius Fracture using the jiaban with suxing and elasticity

210 cases of comminuted fractures of Distal Radius at the Department of Orthopedics.First and Second Hospital Affiliated to Henan College of Tradition Chinese Medicine and Henan Province Dengfeng Orthopadics Hospital from January to 2000 to December 2005 were selected.In order to explore if the jiaban with suxing and elasticity is the proper method for the treatment of comminuted fractures of Distal Radius.Randomized,controlled and prospective experiment was performed.The first groupe were treated by traditional jiaban, The second groupe using the jiaban with suxing and elasticity.Judging degree of the disease by total score of the ill at the day and one week and four or six weeks. According to Gartland and Werley scoring system, evalue function of the wrist at 3 months after observation finished. After analysising on the cental effect, the functional results in The first groupe were superior to The second groupe. There is no prevention occur. The superiority of jiaban with suxing and elasticity has been gradually identified. It can be as a quite high value in clinical application.
