摘    要:目的:消除复方甲硝唑含漱液的抑菌作用,检查其控制菌金黄色葡萄球菌.方法:采用薄膜过滤法,通过均匀设计从稀释剂、冲洗剂、冲洗次数3个因素,每个因素3个水平,以阳性菌回收率为指标优选复方甲硝唑含漱液的微生物限度检查法.结果:以0.5%聚山梨酯-80~0.9%无菌氯化钠溶液为稀释剂,0.5%蛋白胨-0.5%聚山梨酯-80溶液为冲洗剂,冲洗3次,每次100 ml,取出滤膜做金黄色葡萄球菌的检查,阳性对照能正常检出.结论:该法能有效消除复方甲硝唑含漱液的抑菌作用,使测定结果准确、可靠.

Abstract:Objective: To eliminate the antibacterial function of compound metronidazole gargles and to test the staphylococcus aureus. Method: Membrane filtration method was used. Uniform design was used to study three factors including thinner, rinsing solution and rinsing times. Each factor had three levels. The recovery of bacteria was used as evaluating parameter to optimize the microbial limit test of compound metronidazole gargles. Result: The thinner was 0.5% Tween-80-0.9% sterile sodium chloride solution. The rinsing solution was 0.5% peptone -0.5% Tween -80 solution and rinsing three times, 100 ml per time. Membrane filtration was used for testing the staphylococcus aureus. The positive control could be tested. Conclusion-. The method is effective in eliminating the antibacterial function of compound metronidazole gargles and making the result accurate and reliable.
