梅毒患者的心理卫生状况调查与护理对策

目的:调查梅毒患者的心理卫生状况,有针对性地实施护理。方法:运用SCL-90症状自评量表对56例梅毒患者进行心理测评。结果:56例梅毒患者SCL-90测试结果总分、阳性症状的均分、阳性项目数均高于国内常模,躯体化、抑郁、焦虑、恐怖因子分与国内常模相比有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:梅毒患者有较多躯体不适、抑郁、焦虑、怨恨、求医保密心理,医护人员应根据患者特点和需求,帮助其减轻心理压力,促进健康。

Investigation of mental health state of patients with syphilis and nursing tactic

Objective: To investigate the mental health state of patients with syphilis and carry out appropriate nursing care. Methods: SCL-90 self assessment for symptoms was used to assess the mental state of 56 patients with syphilis. Results: The total scores of assessment, the average scores of positive symptoms and positive items were higher than the domestic norm. The significant difference was found in somatization, depression, anxiousness, phobic factors compared with domestic norm (p<0.01). Conclusion: The patients with syphilis usually have more body uncomfortableness, depression, anxiousness, resentment and morbid state of mind in seeking medical treatment. Otherwise the medical personnel should help them with potential mental pressure in accordance with their characteristics and demands.
