| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨颅脑损伤急诊手术的麻醉处理和救治过程。方法:对我院2006年12月～2008年11月收治的52例颅脑损伤手术患者的急诊手术麻醉方法和术中救治的临床资料进行回顾性分析,其中,26例(治疗组)在治疗过程中使用异丙酚维持麻醉,其余26例(对照组)在治疗过程中使用异氟醚维持麻醉。结果:治疗组的麻醉效果明显好于对照组,治疗后患者的死亡率也明显低于对照组。结论:使用异丙酚麻醉用于颅脑外科手术有良好的麻醉镇痛效果,患者死亡率低。
