| 摘 要： | 目的探讨卡维地洛对慢性心力衰竭患者血浆脑钠肽水平及对左室功能的影响。方法将80例慢性心力衰竭患者随机分为卡维地洛组（40例）和对照组（40例）。对照组用血管紧张素转化酶抑制剂、利尿剂和地高辛,卡维地洛组在对照组药物治疗基础上加用卡维地洛,治疗12周后观察患者血浆脑钠肽和超声心动图的变化。结果与对照组比较,卡维地洛组血浆脑钠肽水平下降程度更明显（P〈0.05）,左室舒张末内径减小程度更明显（P〈0.05）,左心室射血分数（LVEF）增加更明显（P〈0.05）。结论卡维地洛治疗慢性心力衰竭效果显著,可更有效地降低血浆中BNP水平,增加LVEF、改善左室功能。
