| 摘 要： | 针对参加外科规范化培训的住院医师的特点,提出加强以下几方面的训练：加强外科手术基本功训练,为追求外科艺术打下基础;养成科学的以循证医学为基础的临床思维方式;培养高尚的医德及责任意识;提高医患沟通能力。这样就能全面提高他们的素质,为他们以后更好、更快的发展打下全面坚实基础。

| Abstract: | According to the characteristics of residents who are undergoing standard training,the following aspects are emphasized:enhancing the training of basic surgical skills for seeking surgial arts; cultivating scientific clinical thinking style based on evidence-based medicine;bringing up gracious ethic and sense of responsibility; improving the ability of communication. Thus,it is possible to improve their personal quality and is beneficial to their further progress in the future. |
