| 摘 要： | 2型糖尿病患者中线粒体DNA（mtDNA)3316G→A，3316G→A，3394T→C突变频率分别为3.9%(6/152)和5.3%(8/152)，显著高于正常对照者及冠心病患者，提示mtDNA3316G→A，3394T→G突变与2型糖尿病相关。
