| 摘 要： | 目的了解深圳市社区0～6岁儿童伤害的流行病学特点。方法采用整群抽样的方法，以深圳市6大区的12个社区为研究对象，调查了3750名0～6岁儿童2001年的伤害状况。结果深圳社区0～6岁儿童非致命性伤害的年发生率为3．25％，男女比例为1．44：1；伤害类型前3位依次为意外跌落(60．70％)，烧烫伤(18．00％)，动物咬伤(9．00％)；伤害医疗费用支出人均984．25元；有8．20％的儿童住院治疗。结论伤害严重影响着深圳社区0．6岁儿童的健康，应及早开展伤害的干预控制，减少儿童伤害的发生。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To investigate epidemiological characteristic of 0 6 year old child injury in Shenzhen Community.METHODS Using a cluster sampling method,we investigated the injury status of 3 750 children aged 0 6 years in 12 communities of Shenzhen in 2001.RESULTS The annual rate of non fatal child injury is 3.25%in the 0 6 year old group in Shenzhen Community.The sexual proportion of male to female is 1.44:1.The first three kinds of child injury are unintentional fall(60.70%),burn or scald (18.00%)and animal bite injury (9.00%).The average medical expense caused by injury is $984.25. 8.2 percent of children received hospitalization.CONCLUSIONS Injury has great influence on the children health.Comprehensive intervention of injury must be practiced early so as to reduce it . |
