| 摘 要： | 自从成无己提出“风为阳邪”之说，后世医家多从其说。然仔细推敲，此说问题有二：第一，其阴阳划分标准是什么？第二，后世不同概念的风邪阴阳属性是否相同？本文以人体感受风邪后之首发症状的阴阳属性作为风邪阴阳属性划分的标准，认为外风属阴邪，内风的阴阳属性应根据其不同的病机而定。

| Abstract: | since Cheng Wuji put forward ＂the wind belongs to Yang evil＂, the later physicians all followed. However, careful scrutiny, there are two problems： first, what is the Yin and Yang division standard？ Second, later different concepts of the wind evil attribute of yin and yang are the same or not？ Based on the yin and Yang attribute of the first symptoms when human got wind evil as the division standard, so the outside wind is the Yin evil, the yin and Yang attrib- utes of the inside wind according to their different pathogenesis. |
